    2. Lindwall Electrical Pty Ltd will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, or downloading of a computer virus.

Content from this site may not be copied or distributed, or republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way, without the written consent of Lindwall Electrical Pty Ltd, or unless specified on this website.     General operating terms & Conditions

    1. Quotations are valid for thirty (30) days form the date of issue
    2. Payment terms are seven (7) days from date of tax invoice.  Interest will be charged at the rate of 1% per month cumulative on over due tax invoices.
    3. Our offer is based on all work being carried out during our normal working period, Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm, excluding gazetted public holidays. Work required outside of these hours and for emergency out of hours calls will be subject to call out and overtime charges.
    4. Public/Product liability insurance of $20 million is provided by QBE Mercantile Mutual.
    5. Superannuation and Long Service leave contributions are all current.
    6. OH&S compliance with all work performed in accordance with Lindwall Electrical Pty Ltd Safe Work Method Statements and any site issued safety specifications.
    7. Acceptance of this quotation is to be by official purchase order or where purchase orders are not used our quote together with these term & conditions are to be sign by a person authorised to place such order and fax or e-mail back to our office at which time we will raise a tax invoice for 25% of the accepted price of the work.
    8. Rubbish will be placed in bins provided by the builder/owner or as directed for removal from the site at the builder/owner expense.
    9. Adequate site access is to be provided at all times during the project by the builder/owner.
    10. Suitable off street parking is to be provided by the builder/owner.  Where suitable off street parking is not provided any fees or charges are to be reimbursed by the builder/owner.
    11. Materials once delivered to site will become the builder/owners responsibility to ensure their safety from damage and or theft.  The replacement cost of any materials damaged or stolen from the site will be bourn by the builder/owner.  Where materials are removed for renovation work and are to be re-installed the builder/owner is to provide adequate secure storage space for these materials.
    12. Where necessary to provide a full time site supervisor the builder/owner is to provide adequate secure area for the supervisor to carry out their administration duties.  This area may be in the form of a separate or shared site shed or other agreed suitable area.
    13.  Where excavation of trenches and or the drilling of post/pole hole it is the builder/owners responsibility to ensure the area is free of any underground services.  Where existing services exist the builder/owner is to clearly indicate their location and depth.  Lindwall Electrical Pty Ltd will not take responsibility for any damage to existing services that have not been correctly located and marked.
    14. Where temporary site power is provided any temporary poles/post, power boards, metering boards and distribution boards will remain the property of Lindwall Electrical Pty Ltd.  This temporary equipment will be supplied on a weekly hire basis. Invoices for the hire fee will be issued at the end of each week.
    15. The following are not included unless specifically stated in our proposal -
      • Compiling and or submission of application/s for connection of electrical supply and or telecommunication lines and equipment.
      • Alteration/upgrades to the supply authorities supply network and or a communication service provider’s network to enable connection of the installation.
      • The payment of fees to a supply authority and or communication service provider.
      •  Any cost associated with the establishment of an electrical sub-station.
      • Temporary site power.
      •  Scaffold/elevated access equipment or additional ladders.
      • Digging of trenches and post/pole holes.
      • Excavation of rock from trenches or post/pole holes.
      •  Backfilling of trenches, instalment or re-instatement of finished ground cover.
      • Concrete cutting, removal and disposal of rubble or waste.
      • Core holes in brick or concrete floors or walls.
      • Chasing of brick or concrete walls or floors.
